Overview

In the winter of 2022, the Lake Clear Lodge & Retreat upgraded their 1920s Speakeasy Dinner Experience, which has a possible raid by a 1920s Copper, by adding sound effects to the raid. However, the primary sound system is located on the first floor, while the "Librarian" that needed to activate the system was located in the basement/Speakeasy.

Goals

  • Create a simple, wireless trigger for a predefined set of sound effects
  • Minimum device range of 100 feet through dense walls
  • Repeatable sound effect loops
  • Optional battery power and expansion for more SFX loops
